PERSONALITY:
Carrying a dignified air, as well as an equally graceful appearance, Sima Shi poses quite a striking and calm image at once. A strategist to his father, and the successor to the Sima line, he has a serious and composed disposition that his own brother calls frightening. It wouldn't be far-fetched to say that he is, either. Sima Shi displays an intelligence that rivals his own father's and despite wearing an extremely calm demeanour, shades of his ambitiousness shine through in many of his interactions, though not quite reaching megalomaniacal. There is very little that fazes him, and he takes the idea of keeping his authority pretty seriously. He can't stand negligence and is quite unforgiving about it, especially in the case of his brother Zhao, who compared to him, hardly shares the same kind of responsible attitude he believes is needed to attain greatness. While his attitude can be seen as mostly arrogant, it isn't without reason- he can back up all his words, leading many to both admire and resent him because of it. He is a skilled warrior, and unafraid of displaying it- a contrast in itself to his appearance, which is quite poised and wouldn't contribute to his burning ambitiousness hiding within.
Shi's personality is mostly straightforward in that he is both calm and ruthless He doesn't allow anything to come in between his ambitions and goals, and once he sets out to do them, he accomplishes them with perfection, coming off as quite inflexible and hard to move from any decisions he makes (something his father notes with dry amusement). With a mind like his, he's quite calculative and quick to form judgements, a trait that is necessary in a world such as theirs and filled with war. He has the ability to forecast his enemies' actions, and expects others to follow his lead; not doing so being dealt with harshly. His ambitousness also makes him quite ruthless; he's unwilling to shoulder the blame for anything he hasn't done, also unwilling to spare his own brother from the possibility of punishment after he fails.
He stands as a stark contrast against him as well; where Zhao would rather take a route with few losses (and lesser work), Shi believes in going all the way, unafraid of putting himself through all the effort that he needs to place in his work to get his desired outcome. He has no qualms in cutting down Cao Shuang in his original canon timeline without mercy, someone who until then- is the reigning Emperor of their land whose family his father has served for three generations. With this, he ends up displaying a relentless attitude where it comes to taking away any obstacles in his path. He also shows no fear in being condescending with his enemies, unhesitatingly pointing out their flaws and displaying what seems to be arrogance, or possible overconfidence- though it's clear that Shi has the ability to back up what he says, something that an enemy might regret in having to experience when it comes down to it.
He is also just as merciless when facing his family in battle as enemies- though he has faith in them following the right path, he isn't about to back down from his own beliefs without a fight. This is shown most clearly when he has to go up against his brother and sister-in-law (and when he has to, his own father) when they ally themselves with an enemy of humanity in Orochi's world, Da Ji, choosing to fight them instead of backing off when he sees them. However, he lets them know that regardless of their alliances, he has to face them as enemies to test their convictions to their causes and hear them out- or get them to hear his own side- revealing that he at least has the capability of forming an understanding of the situation he's being shown, even if it doesn't make immediate sense to him, and working out a good reason for why it is happening. He isn't an easily swayed man, but he is willing to see reason if anyone is capable of giving him a good one.
He does, however, have an interesting sense of responsibility to whatever he feels only he can personally handle, something that's seen both in his original world and when he's brought to Orochi's world. He has no hesitation in placing himself in harm's way just to sniff out who has been trying to get him assassinated in his own time, and instead of hiding despite the warnings of his brother and sister-in-law,, he boldly places himself out in the open, waiting to be attacked and unafraid that he might get killed. He also has some faith in his family to help keep him alive, calmly reminding his brother and sister-in-law when they come to warn him about moving around on his own, that they won't stop him, regardless. It not only shows their trust in his ability, but his own in himself as well, and that alone shows that once Shi is set on gaining something, he won't be stopped in achieving it, as well as showing that what he does do is in their benefit enough for them to allow him as much.
He continues to display this side of his personality in Orochi's world when he decides to assist his brother in helping to rescue Diaochan, someone who he believes the survival of will assist their own coalition in their numbers (and indirectly, as the bait for her lover Lu Bu to join them as well, the strongest warrior in their original land) - revealing a sharp foresight that works to everyone's advantage in the long run. He doesn't even spare his father where it comes down to it; something Sima Yi realizes himself when he's on his death bed in his original world, and passes on his power and authority to him- saying that Shi doesn't need to hide that he's excited by the prospect of taking over for him. And Shi doesn't bother covering for it either, all too content with doing as much and showing himself as a successor worth respecting and fearing. He certainly shows no hesitation when he has to go against his own allies when he's brought into Orochi's world, not about to stand down where it comes to his beliefs and certainly not about to hesitate in his own convictions.
Of course, this isn't all there is to him, as it's shown that he does have some genuine caring for his brother and sister-in-law, as well as his father. While he doesn't waste any time with those who just wish to kiss up to him and try and boast about their efforts, he does have the ability to recognize when someone is worth trusting and keeping around. It shows that despite his prideful exterior, he does have the ability to care for those who can come close enough to him, but getting to that position is one that very few will be able to reach. He's not the easiest of people to get on the better side of, but once someone is there- they'll remain there until they give him reason to believe they don't belong with him.
He also has a bit of a childish side where it comes to certain things- such as his love for meatbuns which borders on the obsessive, and is one of the more irrational things he can lose his cool over. Perhaps it's a sign of his own eccentricity, but all his dedication and focus probably comes down to an extreme level where it comes to his favourite food to the point where he won't forgive friend or enemy for usurping his object of desire- as well as his penchant for breaking out into random, evil laughter (something he says 'runs in the family'... which isn't hard to believe when they see that he's the son of Sima Yi). With a rather interesting amalgamation of complexity and simplicity combined to form his personality, at the very best- he is probably the kind of man one would rather not have opposing them, if it came down to it, but a good ally to have when one can earn him for it.
OTHER: MUAHAHAHAHAHA, HE SHALL REIGN SUPREME. No, nothing really... just don't steal his meatbuns. You have been warned.

He's 5'11! I DON'T KNOW WHY I NEEDED TO SAY THAT!

He also wears too much

And this is what will happen if you eat his meatbuns.

This was just pretty.

She's the mother of his son and heir.
